 The programme includes:

  • A series of 6 workshops (1,5h) weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
  • 6 practice sessions (30 minutes) in between the workshops to deepen the practice and build community
  • Powerpoint slides in PDF for participants
  • My continuous support for participants over e-mail


The modules are interlinked and build upon each other to form a structured program. The program is delivered virtually over Zoom/Teams or face-to-face (in Luxembourg). It can be customised to specific needs of your workplace as needed.
