The General Terms and Conditions apply to the timeformindfulness.com online store and are compiled in accordance with the Customer Protection Act.
The online store www.timeformindfulness.com is managed by SILVIJA ZAGAR (hereinafter referred to as “the Service provider”). The user is the person who uses our online store (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).
The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

The Service provider undertakes to always provide the Customer with the following information:

- contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and effectively (email, phone),

- payment and delivery method,
- validity of the offer,
- the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal.

- Payment methods
Online shop www.timeformindfulness.com offers the following payment method:
- Payment with payment cards through the Stripe system (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa) You will receive an invoice for the services provided to your e-mail address.
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider’s server. One copy of this contract is sent to the buyer via email, upon successful completion of the order. Access to this contract is subsequently made available to the Customer, and the Customer can order a copy of this contract via firstname.lastname@example.org. The provider then sends the ordered copy to the consumer by mail to the customer’s desired email address.
- Offer validity
The quoted prices on the website are for orders through the online store. Product prices are indicated in Euros (EUR).
The Service provider reserves the right to change daily prices, unless otherwise stated (eg special offers and special discounts). The prices are valid from the moment when the buyer confirms them when ordering on the online store www.timeformindfulness.com and are valid until the date of publication of the new price list. Prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the Service provider will either allow the buyer to cancel the purchase or offer a solution that will allow for mutual satisfaction.
The contract of sale between the Service provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the Service provider confirms the order and receives it electronically at his e-mail address. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
- The ordering process
The order through the online store www.timeformindfulness.com can be placed by the user 24 hours a day, all days of the week, even on Sundays and public holidays. Upon completion of the order, the user receives an electronic confirmation of the order at the e-mail address that he / she provided when ordering.
Ordering a product through the online store www.timeformindfulness.com can be settled with payment cards through the Stripe system, SEPA direct banking transactions through the Stripe system.
- Delivery costs
No delivery costs for services.
After placing the order, the buyer receives an order confirmation at his e-mail address.
Conditions for refunds are stated in Therapy/Coaching agreement signed between the Service provider and the client before entering into professional relationship.
For eevents and workshops, the service provider is responsible for making refunds only in the event of a workshop or event cancellation.
The service provider provides support to customers from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
If we do not answer the phone immediately, we will definitely call you back as soon as possible.

n the event of any complaints, the Service provider will seek effective resolution. The procedure for handling the complaint is confidential, and the provider will use its best endeavors to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. If any disputes are not settled by mutual agreement, the court in Luxembourg will have jurisdiction.
