• Body-mind aligning exercises, intertwined with journaling & meditation to recall & CLARIFY what your heart desires, and to move your vision from your head into your whole system.
• Design ACHIEVABLE steps you'll follow through no matter what.
• Learn how to avoid 3 most common mistakes in creating a vision (underpinned with neuroscience).
• Playfulness, insight, inspiration & connection with yourself and your purpose.

For this workshop you'll need:

1. Stable internet connection
2. Zoom meeting platform
3. Free or paid version of Canva design account (it's easy to download and use: Home - Canva)
4. A journal and a pen
